A manufacturing company is currently seeking a Fixed Asset Controller to join their financial team. The responsibilities of the Fixed Asset Controller in this role include handling administrative tasks, customer service duties, and management functions essential for smooth business operations and accurate information management.

As a Fixed Asset Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing daily assistance to regional managers and stock controllers for administrative duties and coordination.
  • Managing fleet: maintaining vehicle and trailer asset registers, database upkeep, and analyzing tracker data.
  • Overseeing asset management: updating fixed asset registers, allocating assets to regions, and reporting on asset profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with capital expenditure (Capex) guidelines and managing Capex trackers.
  • Validating living out allowances for accuracy.
  • Reviewing and validating overtime hours against submitted boxes.
  • Handling Capital Work in Progress (WIP) account and renovation costs.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Completed Bcom in finance
Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role
Pastel Evolution experience would be beneficial
