Job Description
We're looking for a talented Customer Experience Agent to join our team and ensure our customers have a consistently excellent experience. Join us for exciting opportunities in the e-commerce delivery landscape in South Africa.

The RoleYou will be a crucial part of our Customer Experience team, being the primary point of contact for communication both within and outside the company.
Your role as a customer experience agent at our company involves providing support to the team, handling client queries from different channels, and assisting the operations team.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Interact with customers through various channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of our products to address queries.
  • Record customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with colleagues when necessary.
  • Provide feedback on improving customer service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and offer professional support.

  • National Senior Certificate (Gr 12) or equivalent
  • Calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and office tools like Google Sheets.
