Key Responsibilities Scope of the Role:

  • To provide servicing and support on all portfolio products (Preservation, Pension and Provident Funds, Retirement Annuities, Savings products) as well as Direct Unit Trusts.
  • Manage all work items i.e.
this will include dealing with rejections, general queries such as account queries, forms and other literature requests, fund information and also more detailed query investigation and resolution Key responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by answering queries directly on all relevant correspondence and at the same time keeping all systems (incl third party administrator systems) updated with all notes.
  • To support the Client Group by providing proactive communication on rejections and queries raised by the third party administrators and clients.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all third party and client queries on the IAM SA and offshore funds range.
  • Assist other team members when necessary provide cover during periods of absence.

Risk & Compliance Responsibilities

  • Adhering to the Code of Ethics and related policies, including personal account dealing, gifts, market abuse, etc.
  • Ensuring Compliance training, declarations and relevant forms are completed on a timely basis
  • Ensuring that firm and client data and property, including IT data, are properly protected
  • Reporting any possible and actual breaches, errors, complaints or conduct issues.
  • Reporting any suspicion that a client, investor, or employee may be involved in money laundering, fraud or other crime such as market abuse
  • Relevant 23 years working experience in the LISP space
  • A business focused degree
  • Financial Services experience specifically Asset Management, Retirement Funds and Unit Trust Offshore experience advantage
  • Call Centre experience (Financial Services)

Salary:
R25, R30,000.00 per month
