About the Role

As a Field Account Manager, your job is to build and maintain relationships with customers. Your goal is to ensure their satisfaction and progress with our product/service. To achieve this, you will liaise with customers and our teams, resolving issues and addressing feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and sharing customer feedback with the product and development teams to drive product improvements
  • Building lasting relationships with clients through consistent communication and checkins.
  • Providing excellent customer support and addressing any issues that arise
  • Developing and implementing customer success plans tailored to each client's unique needs
  • Tracking and analyzing customer usage data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Conducting regular training sessions to educate clients on new product features and updates
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products or services

Requirements:

  • Be willing to travel occasionally for client meetings or conferences.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a rapidly moving environment.
  • Have a dedicated customer service orientation and a fervor for assisting others.
  • Be able to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Have experience with customer relationship management software and tools
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Be skilled at interacting positively with customers, especially in the SaaS or tech industry.
