As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Manager to join our team and help us expand our strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Partner Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.


Partnership Strategy:

Work with the Channel Manager to execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's business objectives to drive growth and revenue.


Partner Enablement:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively promote and sell our products and services.


Business Development:

Work with the Channel Manager to identify new partnership opportunities and evaluate potential partners to expand our market reach and drive revenue growth.


Negotiation and Contract Management:

Work with the Channel Manager and other key stakeholders to negotiate partnerships and ensure mutually beneficial terms for both parties, while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.


Performance Tracking:
Monitor partner performance and track key metrics to assess the effectiveness of partnerships, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Marketing and Promotions:

Work with the Channel Manager and stakeholders to roll-out marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and promotional activities to generate awareness and demand.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align partnership activities with overall company objectives and customer needs.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify partnership opportunities and potential risks.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in partner management, business development, or a related role within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS market, with experience in selling or working with SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with HubSpot, and other online tools is preferred.
  • Ability to travel, if required.
