SEO For Hire is looking for someone to create & execute a successful outreach campaign strategy, work with senior management to incorporate core processes & consistently grow a portfolio of clients that will supply a consistent flow of jobs.

Typically, you will prospect business owners, hiring managers and senior's of SME's and large organisation's.

We want to hire sales professionals that think outside the box, have a genuine passion for sales and self-development.


We're a fast, agile team that is looking for someone who can think on their feet and adapt to a range of situations with clients.

This is a unique role in terms of it being transactional and highly consultative. The transactional element is in the sense of having responsibility to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.

The consultative part is your approach when you engage with decision makers, as such this means that the strategy you will take is one of identifying problems & impacts before recommending a bespoke recruitment solution.

The role has a lot of scope, is very demanding at times but also extremely rewarding.

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and develop relationships with key decision makers
  • Follow up with leads promptly
  • Use CRM to accurately track sales activity and metrics
  • Schedule sales qualified calls and meetings with senior management
  • Focus on overall client delivery system streamlining processes
  • Improve continuously through internal feedback processes

What we're looking for

  • 2 years business development experience
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills:
  • Proficiency in sales techniques, such as lead generation, prospecting, and objection handling, is essential. Strong negotiation skills will help you close deals and establish mutually beneficial partnerships with clients.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Building and nurturing longterm relationships with clients is critical. This involves providing tailored solutions. Relationship building also includes networking, attending industry events, and maintaining a strong professional network.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively engaging with clients, conveying value propositions, and building relationships.
