You will be responsible for:

  • Liaising and written correspondence with staff, HR's, Doctors and Product Providers
  • Attending meetings with senior management
  • Managing asset registers
  • Updating Workpool Filling
  • Assist with website updates and development
  • Secretary duties such as taking minutes, compile and distribute
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures / office administrative systems
  • Followup and intervene on outstanding / short paid accounts
  • Assist with medical scheme authorisations
  • Claims investigations / related queries / Billing of patient accounts, where applicable
  • Liaison with practitioners and medical schemes
  • Deals with client queries in an effective manner
  • Matric
  • At least 1 to 2 years in an administrative roll
  • Computer literate
  • Fluently Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the Short term and HealthCare Industry
