  • Manage, Grow, direct, upskill and cross skill the resources and SMEs required in the I.T. platforms across Africa where they currently provide and plan to provide in the future.
  • Managing the endtoend Africa I.T. Support Operations and all its interdependencies, resources and in partnership with strategic partners and colleagues.
  • Strategically focus, plan and depict the approach in enhancing the user experience through the systems, process and solutions we provide and execute on.
  • Responsible for the Integrity, Maintenance and changes to all the Africa supported Applications.
  • Responsible for driving our RTB Strategy through the leverage of our Global IT Shared Services Centre, upskilling our IS Analysts in the various countries to operate as one Virtual Africa IT Support Services Centre.
  • Provides adhoc reporting and decision support required for management decision processes.
