Key Performance Area:

Call Handling and Administration

  • Resolves product or service queries by clarifying the customer's or complaints, determining the cause/need, defining a solution, expediting correct action, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure all customers are dealt with in a professional manner.
Appointment Enquiries

  • Establish customer requirement (product and /or service need) and secure an appointment for sales consultants.
  • Ensure correctness of customer information obtained.
  • Ensure suitable messages are recorded on answering device and ensuring it is functioning at all times.
  • Attend to all messages left on answering machine timeously.
Data Capturing

  • Capture all enquiries and create appointments on system.
  • Ensure all documentation with regards to placing orders, drawings, indemnities etc. has been received.
  • Obtaining priorities from planning department for relevant orders.
  • Updating installation scheduling board with priority orders and special orders.
  • Attend to all factory queries and ensure that all reverted orders are corrected and submitted timeously.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
years of Telco experience.

  • Credit and Ecommerce: Customer Services / hospitality Experience advantageous
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act Advantageous
  • Logical thinking

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Planning and organization
  • High attention to detail
  • Forwardthinker and able to identify/preempt problems and rectify timeously.
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
