Front Desk Activities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly, screen them effectively, and ensure and they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
  • Preparing boardrooms, meeting and training rooms
  • Meet and greet clients and direct them to the correct boardroom
  • Order refreshments
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Coordinate items required to be couriered via courier company
Office Maintenance

  • Manage boardroom booking schedules to avoid any clashes
  • Oversee daytoday administrative tasks, including managing office supplies (groceries, stationery, cleaning detergents), equipment, and facilities.
  • Supervise Cleaning Staff and make sure daily routine is up to date.
  • Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
  • Coordinate office repairs and renovations when necessary.
Administrative

  • Provide administrative support to various departments and team members as needed.
  • Maintain organized and updated asset register, filing systems and documentation.
  • Coordinate office events and activities as and when required

Job Types:

R8 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month

  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's licence (preferred)
