Wir suchen einen dynamischen Head of Growth, der unser Wachstum weiter vorantreibt. Deine Rolle beinhaltet das Entwerfen und Implementieren innovativer Verkaufsstrategien und die Führung unseres Teams hin zu unseren ambitionierten Zielen. Du wirst den Verkaufsprozess managen, die Kultur des Teams definieren und fördern und das Kundenengagement verbessern. Als strategische Führungskraft wirst Du wirkungsvolle, langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufbauen und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die individuellen Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden erarbeiten und anbieten. Deine Mission ist es, unser Unternehmen in seine nächste Wachstumsphase und darüber hinaus zu führen und dabei eine anhaltende Marktführerschaft und Umsatzerfolg sicherzustellen.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
Rekrutiere, führe und unterstütze das Growth-Team, um Geschäftsziele zu erreichen, und definiere und fördere Deine gewünschte Team-Kultur.
Coache und arbeite eng mit dem Team zusammen, um unsere Growth Manager zu befähigen, neue Kunden zu erreichen und zu gewinnen.
Schaffe eine positive und dynamische Arbeitsumgebung, die im Einklang mit dem schnellen und internationalen Umfeld der Organisation steht.
Entwickle und implementiere strategische Wachstumspläne in Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEO.
Konzentriere Dich auf die Generierung neuer Leads und die Kundengewinnung, indem Du die Lösungen der Organisation effektiv präsentierst.
