Dear Future, Claims HandlerAccurately assess, investigate, and validate complex long-term insurance claims with high value aligned with the organization's goals, processes, and standards to meet customer satisfaction. These claims may include funeral, death, disability, dread disease, and retrenchment claims.

- Demonstrate cost consciousness and awareness of personal contribution to costs and productivity
- Identify and escalate potential risks to prevent increased costs
- Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to reduce costs

You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
- Matric/National Certificate
- Call center experience
- Insurance qualification or studying towards
- 2 to 3 years of experience
- Knowledge of personal lines insurance (non-Motor)
- Short-term Insurance diploma (advantage)
