The Group Marketing Manager leads our marketing efforts across all properties within the group.

They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire group to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

This role also involves hands-on execution of tasks across the marketing department, managing relationships, and driving strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive hotel bookings and conference bookings.
  • Collaborate with property managers and sales teams to create marketing campaigns tailored to their local markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Monitor ongoing marketing campaigns and improve them when necessary.
  • Execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business opportunities and partnerships
  • Prepare and manage the marketing budget; allocate funds strategically to maximize ROI.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies to senior management.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Budgetmanagement skills and proficiency in MS Office and marketing software
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • High competence in project and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
