Group Marketing Manager

The successful candidate will be a seasoned marketing professional with 15+ years of experience in a senior marketing position, preferably in marketing professional services with international experience.
The marketing manager will report to our Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for the group marketing strategy, managing the brand assets, and developing local marketing strategies to support business development.
Tasks & Responsibilities Be responsible for building the marketing capability of the groupManagement of the marketing functions across P&C's officesWorking with regional marketing representatives from each office or region to support the local office needsOverseeing the marketing co-ordinator who maintains our online presenceDevelop a marketing strategy to increase our market visibilityDevelop and manage the annual marketing budget for P&CDevelop a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to improve P&C's client relationships to support our growth targetsWork closely with regional business development managers to align the marketing requirements with the local business development strategy and needsWork with the business development managers to develop marketing campaigns and materials to support regional business needsAssist in the organising and promotion of P&C's presence at local and international events, conferences, and trade showsManage and assist with the marketing tasksEnsure content for group marketing remains current, this includes company brochures and marketing material as well as P&C's online presenceManaging suppliers of marketing material (graphic designers, web developers, etc.) and ensuring that marketing requests are dealt with timeously and material developed when neededContinuously evaluate the effectiveness of our online presence to improve traffic to our various platforms, and to keep these platforms current by actively monitoring our channels and customer feedbackImprove public relations by promoting P&C in industry publications through curated articles and advertorial opportunitiesActively manage our online presence, including follow-up responses to enquiries on our social media platformsStay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market developments so that we are ahead of the curve and "on point" with our marketing strategyMentoring of marketing support staff in our local officesTake ownership and accountability for the marketing function and identify and implement improvements where necessary Personal Characteristics Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment as well as remotelySelf-motivated and able to work hard, act professionally, and make decisions independentlyExcellent interpersonal skillsA proactive and detail-oriented approach to workA creative mindsetHighly organised and task focussedAttention to detail and a commitment to technical excellencePerform with a high-level of quality and productivity in the work environment Minimum Requirements & Competencies Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)Strong organisational and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyStrong communication skills specifically in the delivery of presentations, technical writing, and coordinating with teams across officesStrong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience in the use of Deltek Vantagepoint would be considered an assetBasic graphic design skills would be a plusA valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally to the countries where we have a business presenceFluent in English, both written and oral.
