Crown Dental Studio is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team. If you have previous experience in a dental reception role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
  • Serve as a personal assistant to the CEO, ensuring efficient communication and task management.
  • Perform reception duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing patient bookings accurately.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and politeness when interacting with patients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Demonstrate strong computer literacy skills, particularly in social media platforms, and respond to messages within 60 seconds.
  • Coordinate with dental labs for case followup and manage labrelated tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing payments promptly and accurately, ensuring proper recording.
  • Assist with managing deliveries, ensuring all necessary paperwork, including consent forms, is completed and signed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a dental receptionist role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a polite and friendly demeanor.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Diligent and responsive, with the ability to respond to messages and inquiries within 60 seconds.
  • Salary: R5,000.00 per month.
