beBee Professionals is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Telecommunications team in Durban.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees in the Telecommunications division.


The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the Telecommunications industry.

They should have a strong understanding of payroll regulations and be able to work independently and accurately.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing payroll for all employees in the Telecommunications division
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing
  • Maintaining payroll records and filing
  • Reconciling payroll accounts
  • Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll reports
  • Assisting with the preparation of year-end payroll documents
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll tax returns
  • Assisting with the preparation of benefit statements
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll audits
  • Assisting with the preparation of payroll system updates
  • Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the Telecommunications industry
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations
  • Ability to work independently and accurately
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
