Qualifications

  • 3 Year Degree in HR Management or related field

Experience

  • 5 - 8 years of expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR focusing on talent management.
  • Additional Advantage: 3 years of managerial experience
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet present and future human resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and offer guidance on best selection practices.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
  • Handle offboarding procedures for existing employees, providing feedback for service enhancements.
  • Execute talent management schemes, including performance evaluation, career growth, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Analyze recruitment statistics and patterns to enhance the efficiency of talent acquisition and management procedures.
