Marketing Administrator

Purpose of the position
The Marketing Administrator is responsible for driving the growth of the brands within and outside the organisation - ensuring all aspects of the marketing activity is implemented and measured.
Responsibilities & duties
- Assisting with executing the marketing and communication plans that have numerous audiences, messages and execution across multiple platforms.
- Coordinating the planning and execution of content creation as well as the liaising, briefing and debriefing external agencies ensuring delivery in adherence with brand guidelines and property positioning.
- Maintain and manage the administration of the marketing department ensuring all deadlines are met
- Assist with developing & implementing marketing activities, including event strategy, aiming to engage with locals and increase capture ratio from inhouse guests.
- Together with the operational business heads, drive brand activation and ensure the brand experience comes alive.
- Support meetings and events and the sales team with the creation of marketing collateral and tactical promotions associated with the key market segments
- Assist with all local promotional activities that support the needs of the business. This could include photoshoots, broadcasts, celebrity interviews and other specific events that require personal attention.
- Monitor and measure all marketing activity & present regular status reports on the success of the marketing activity for their business area
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and ATTRIBUTES
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role
- Industry related experience will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and a design software
- Experience with brand management on social media is an advantage
- Experience with Word Press is an advantage
- Good communication and report writing ability
