Job description

  • Deceased Estate Administration experience is a prerequisite._


The position requires a responsible person to assist with the end-to-end administration of deceased estates in our Cape Town or Pretoria office.


Duties include reporting the deceased estate to all relevant stakeholders (Master of the High Court, SARS, banks, insurance companies, auditors, debtors, heirs, and all other stakeholders), obtaining the Letters of Executorships, certificate of balances, SARS Compliance process, drafting of L&D Account, - cash statements, recon of bank accounts and final compliance of Masters requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:1) Diploma in Estate & Trust or Deceased Estate Administration Course 2) Relevant B Legal degree, LEAD or Advanced Estate & Trust Diploma.

  • Experience in the administration of deceased estates is a prerequisite for this position_.
Computer literacy and proficient in Office 365 required, while knowledge of LegalEase, will be advantageous.

Job Type: 12 month Contract, Full-time - to be negotiated

Pay:
From R15 000,00 per month
