Role responsibilities

  • Growing transaction volumes of current billers through the delivery of existing and new innovative solutions
  • Sourcing & onboarding of new highvolume billers
  • Grow transaction volumes through retailer and digital payment networks
  • Develop strategic partnerships and networks (banks, referral partners etc.)
  • Identify and present innovative new solutions and strategic opportunities to grow the business and enhance business processes
  • In conjunction with Marketing manager, maintain marketing present at billers and payment networks\
  • Support query management across departments
  • Sales volume analysis, forecasting and providing of sales processes
  • Reporting
  • Administration and documentation
  • And any other relevant duties related to the role

Essential minimum qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Proven experience in similar sales / enterprise level client relationship management role within the payment or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
  • Excellent understanding of the financial services industry
  • Fluent in English and ideally Afrikaans
  • Driver's license
  • Willingness to travel
