Job Description_
- Develop trusting relationships with key clients to ensure they do not turn to the competition.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing new solutions that meet their objectives.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain relationships.
- Play an integral part in generating sales that will turn into longlasting relationships.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Achieve or exceed sales and margin targets.
Key Requirements_
- Tertiary qualification will be advantageous.
- Proven relevant experience as Key Account Manager.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customers' needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability in problemsolving.
- Computer skills with emphasis on Excel skills.
- Manage and maintain critical path.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve or exceed sales and margin targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow through on customer contracts.
- Grow existing product offerings while introducing new product opportunities.
- Identifying and developing new customers.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
