Job Summary

Pro Select Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that the in-store presentation reflects the brand's image and enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Merchandising Planning: Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that align with the brand's identity, marketing campaigns, and seasonal themes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design promotions, launches, and events that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Display Execution: Plan, design, and execute window displays, interior displays, and signage to create an engaging and cohesive store experience.
  • Display Maintenance: Ensure displays are regularly updated to reflect new arrivals, trends, and seasonal changes.
  • Brand Standards: Ensure all visual merchandising elements are consistent with brand guidelines and luxury standards.
  • Store Environment: Monitor store environments to maintain cleanliness, organization, and an appealing aesthetic.
  • Staff Training: Train store staff on visual merchandising principles, brand standards, and display techniques.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide feedback and coaching to store teams to maintain visual standards.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use sales data and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of displays and make data-driven decisions for future merchandising strategies.
  • Visual Display Optimization: Adjust visual displays to optimize product placement and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the buying, marketing, and retail teams to ensure merchandise is displayed effectively and promotions are properly supported.
  • Visual Merchandising Budget Management: Manage the visual merchandising budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of presentation.
  • Supply Sourcing: Source and procure props, display materials, and fixtures within budget constraints.
  • Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest trends in visual merchandising, luxury retail, and interior design.
  • Adaptability: Adapt merchandising strategies to reflect current fashion trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Seasonal and Thematic Displays: Develop and execute plans for seasonal, holiday, and thematic displays that create excitement and align with the brand's messaging.
  • Display Installation and Dismantling: Coordinate the installation and dismantling of displays in line with campaign timelines.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory of display materials, fixtures, and props, ensuring they are in good condition and available when needed.
  • Supply Replenishment: Plan for the timely ordering and replenishment of visual merchandising supplies.
  • Store Audits: Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising standards and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Prepare reports and recommendations based on store audits and visual assessments.
