What You'll Bring:

Core responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global teams across a matrix structure to design, implement and manage the Process Improvement Framework.
  • Maintain and develop the Enterprise Process Model to effectively document the "asis" processes.
  • Implement systems and controls to ensure the Enterprise Process Model is maintained and up to date with approved Process Documentation.
  • Execute process improvement projects to deliver results in terms of effectiveness and efficiency by using Lean, Six Sigma and other methods.
  • Identify, shape and define opportunities for launching new projects both in terms of process improvements and where technical solutions can be maximised (i.e. automation of processes).
  • Manage process improvement project teams and coach process owners in gaining acceptance of change, realising benefits and sustaining the value.
  • Work with the business functions to embed Process Management techniques and principles into everyday ways of working and improve Process Management maturity levels.
  • Train, develop and coach process owners, front line staff to a level that becomes selfsustaining including the creation of training materials where necessary.
  • Create benefits cases in conjunction with the Sponsor/Process Owner and facilitate the tracking throughout the lifecycle of the project and beyond.
  • Define and implement the changes or quick wins identified during the projects in close partnership with the business.
  • Work in collaboration with key business stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing programme of change.
  • Effectively challenge the way things are done today through identification of nonvalue added activities.

Impact You'll Make:

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

  • Excellent understanding of continuous improvement and operational excellence concepts with demonstrable experience as a qualified Lean / Black Belt practitioner.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical techniques.
  • Familiar with financial analysis, development of business cases.
  • Change management experience.
  • Computer literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Teams,Power BI.
  • Selfdriven, autonomous, strong results orientation able to work in a dynamic, fastmoving environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver change though a multiskilled project team.
  • Used to working collaboratively at Group level, able to quickly establish trust, integrity and credibility.
  • Strong communication, relationship building and stakeholder management skills to positively engage, impact and influence at senior leadership level.
  • A resilient selfstarter, able to work under your own initiative.
  • Good understanding/experience of business process modelling software such as Business Optix, IMB Blueworks or similar.
  • Strategic thinker who can benchmark other industries to leverage technology and other best practices.
