Full function secretarial and administration assistance
High court and magistrate court litigation
Working on Case Lines
Liaising with Advocates, Counsel, and high-end clients directly
Typing commercial documents and agreements
Formatting of long documents
Professional meeting arrangements and diary co-ordination
Basic time capturing and billing
Experience & Qualification
5+ years' experience as legal secretary
Typing 65+ wpm
Excellent knowledge of general MS Office packages
MS Word advanced functions; track changes, bullets and numbering and columns and tables etc.
Dictaphone phone typing, diary management
Matric
