The incumbent is accountable for identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified doctors to join medical team, nurturing relationships with healthcare institutions and creating business opportunities to support the growth of the company.
  • Doctor Recruitment
    - Conduct research and outreach programs to find potential candidates for various medical positions.
    - Engage candidates through interviews and assess their qualifications and suitability for the roles.
    - Collaborate with HR and hospital managers to streamline the recruitment process.
    - Maintain database of potential candidates and track the recruitment pipeline

  • Business Development
    - Perform market research to discover potential clients and growth opportunities.
    - Identify business openings, partnerships, and collaborations in the healthcare industry.
    - Establish and nurture relationships with medical institutions, clinics, and healthcare providers.
    - Develop and present business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders.
    - Create and execute strategic plans with marketing head to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    - Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract doctors and medical institutions.
    - Identify new market trends and customer needs to customize products or services accordingly.
    - Close deals with clients, vendors, or business partners.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
    - Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to facilitate decision-making.

    - Attend conferences, seminars, and events related to healthcare and recruitment.
    - Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in doctor recruitment and business development.
    - Utilize professional networks to enhance recruitment efforts and expand the organization's presence.

    • Build productive relationships across teams and functional lines to improve work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
      - Foster enduring professional relationships with stakeholders.
      - Investigate and comprehend stakeholder needs to facilitate quality service delivery.
      - Ensure customer service solutions align with the operational business plan.
      - Offer technically accurate product information and advice to stakeholders to keep them informed of available options.
      - Resolve stakeholder queries and complaints promptly and take responsibility for resolving issues.
      - Manage various stakeholders' interests, adjusting priorities to meet changing demands.

    • Monitor expenses to drive cost efficiencies and reduce waste.
      - Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose cost-effective ways to streamline processes.
      - Analyze information for decision-making, identifying trends, discrepancies, and inconsistencies; generate necessary reports.
      - Optimize data management systems and provide input for system enhancement and streamlining.
      - Maintain financial documentation for accurate record-keeping and future compliance with legislation or standards.
