Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential landlords and property owners in the specified areas to expand our client base.

Tenant Prospecting:
Actively seek out prospective tenants, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable rental properties.

Property Marketing:

Create compelling property listings and marketing materials to showcase available rentals, utilizing various channels such as online platforms and traditional marketing methods.


Networking:

Build and maintain strong relationships within the real estate community, attending industry events, and staying updated on market trends.


Property Showings:
Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, providing informative and engaging tours of rental properties.

Requirements:

  • Own vehicle and valid South African driver's license
  • Own laptop
  • Smartphone
