**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential landlords and property owners in the specified areas to expand our client base.

2. Tenant Prospecting: Actively seek out prospective tenants, understanding their needs and preferences to match them with suitable rental properties.

3. Property Marketing: Create compelling property listings and marketing materials to showcase available rentals, utilizing various channels such as online platforms and traditional marketing methods.

4. Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships within the real estate community, attending industry events, and staying updated on market trends.

5. Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants, providing informative and engaging tours of rental properties.

**Requirements**:
1. Own vehicle and valid South African driver’s license

2. Own laptop
