  • Offering legal guidance to management and the board
  • Drafting various contracts and agreements
  • Managing legal documentation and agreements
  • Ensuring compliance with internal governance standards and regulatory requirements
  • Keeping track of contract precedents
  • Documenting legal processes
  • Maintaining the Risk Management database
  • Handling general administrative tasks related to Risk Management
  • Reviewing vendor and third-party agreements
  • Providing advice on labor-related issues
  • Overseeing legal compliance within the organization
  • Supervising the Company Secretarial function
  • Managing the Company Policy database to meet regulatory standards

Additionally, you should be proficient in:
