To manage the operational environment, performance requirements and relevant stakeholder expectations within the Customer Level Inbound/Outbound environment, so as to ensure implementation of the Business Unit Strategy and objectives.

Qualifications
Completed MatricBanking DegreeQualifications in Business Administration, Business Management or Accounting would be advantageous.

Experience - 7 yearsExperience in overseeing the day-to-day management of collections contact centre (Inbound and Outbound), credit systems, processes, and managing the employees executing an integrated SBSA (Standard Bank South Africa) customer debt management process, recovery strategy and operating model.

Experience in managing the compliance and mandated process and procedures within a collection's environment.
