  • Liaison with 4 Merchant Servicing vendors (Gijima, Tradelink, BCX, Stowe).
  • Forecasting and purchasing of stock to maintain minimum stock levels.
  • Performing quarterly stock audits at vendors.
  • Billing of vendors for unaccounted stock.
  • Management and reconciliation of MS ADB.
  • Identification and location of stock.
  • Exception resolution monthly).
  • Management of repair processes and scrapping of stock.
  • Maintaining KIF Certification & POS PCI PTS.
  • Maintaining P2PE Certification for TFG.
  • Work on Merchant services systems like the Assets Database.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • People's person and work well in a team.
  • Managing approximately 11 personnel including the Warehouse Manager.
  • Live and breathe the First Rand Promises and help drive our MS culture.
  • Strong People skills.
  • Minimum of Grade 12 with Mathematics passed.
