Description:
- Manage the endtoend recruitment process (60%)
- Organise, compile, update company employee records and documentation
- Prepare, manage and store HR documentation such as HR policies and procedures
- Update recruitment reports on a weekly basis
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
- Ensure that training initiatives are executed based on the approved training plan and training committee recommendations
- Adhoc duties as and when required
- Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric and a Diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of current SA Employment Legislation
- Above average computer skills (Microsoft Excel; Word, Power Point)
- Above average communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to be confidential at all times
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work
- Customer orientated
- Working Knowledge of PMFA and Direct Hire portal would be advantageous Skills and
