Description:

  • Manage the endtoend recruitment process (60%)
  • Organise, compile, update company employee records and documentation
  • Prepare, manage and store HR documentation such as HR policies and procedures
  • Update recruitment reports on a weekly basis
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs
  • Ensure that training initiatives are executed based on the approved training plan and training committee recommendations
  • Adhoc duties as and when required
  • Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric and a Diploma or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of current SA Employment Legislation
  • Above average computer skills (Microsoft Excel; Word, Power Point)
  • Above average communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be confidential at all times
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high volumes of work
  • Customer orientated
  • Working Knowledge of PMFA and Direct Hire portal would be advantageous Skills and
