An established service station based in Somerset West has a vacancy for an Administrative Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with managers to coordinate schedules
  • Prepare essential documentation, reports, and other forms of communication


Data capturing
  • Fuel recons, bank recons, etc
  • Handle human resource duties, including managing personnel databases and wages
  • Stock ordering, GRV capturing, Stock count entries
  • Regularly check and maintain record of necessary office supplies
  • Communicate regularly with staff to help procure needed items
  • Closing shifts once a week at 19h00
  • Willing and Able to work one weekend a month (Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Open and close shifts)

Qualifications:

  • 01 years of experience for entrylevel positions
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of/or ability to learn to use office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and phone systems
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and seek help or assistance as needed
  • Selfmotivated and highly organized
  • Distinctly dependable and trustworthy, with a strong and proven work ethic.
  • Owns own reliable transport.
