Job Description:

  • This role is a specialist role within the Human Resources structure to ensure that system, policies, and procedures are adhered to

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Audit Time and attendance information to ensure attendance, long
  • and short shift, Overtime.
  • Monitors and reports on employee attendance (at work, on leave, training, sick leave and absenteeism)
  • Ensure compliant and correct labour movements
  • Monitor staffing levels and effective manning as per M4S
  • Implements all labour movements requests
  • Monitors and forwards all relevant time and attendance information to line management
  • Responds to all employee benefit / pay enquiries
  • Supports line on all communication activities
This role is at a C1 level reporting to the HR Officer Operations

**Qualifications

  • You will need the following**:


Grade 1
  • NQF 4 Certificate in Human Resource Management/Employee Relations (1year)
  • NQF 5 Higher Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management will be advantageous.

Experience
1 Year' experience in role or similar type role

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Computer literate for role including SAP HR & Logistics, ER
  • English literate.
  • Competent in mine HR systems and related legislation
  • SAP ER Nav
