Job Description:

  • As the HR Assistant Operations, you will be responsible for a number of integrated tasks which combine measurable work outputs within an HR functional system such as Manning 4 Success.

Some of the main tasks are listed below but are not limited to:

  • Ensure effective Operational staffing levels as per HR Business Plan
  • Audit Time and attendance information to ensure attendance, long and short shift, Overtime.
  • Contracting Management
  • Monitors and reports on employee attendance (at work, on leave, training, sick leave and absenteeism)
  • Ensure compliant and correct labour movements.
  • Implements all labour movements requests.
  • Monitors and forwards all relevant time and attendance information to line management.
  • Responds to all employee benefit / pay enquiries.
  • Supports line on all communication activities.
  • Administers all contract labour requests.
  • Conduct Training and periodical medical scheduling.

This role is in the Human Resources department at a C1 level reporting to the HR Officer.

  • Qualifications


 Grade 1
  • Higher Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Advanced Diploma advantageous

You will need the following:

  • 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and SAP HR
  • Competent in mine HR systems and related legislation
