Talent Acquisition Administrator

Our FinTech arm Infinity Group t/a Debtline is looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team and help us on our journey of Hyper Growth

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and prepare interview materials, such as resumes and interview questions.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Any other administrative duties applicable to the role

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to use & understand Google & Microsoft programs
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced & ever changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
