A renowned Asset Manager is looking for an
Administration Assistant to join their
Marketing team in Cape Town.


In this Graduate level role, you will perform administrative tasks across all teams within the Marketing department (Brand, Content and Digital), and manage the calendar of the Head of Marketing.


Some key functions include:

  • Calendar Management (arranging meetings and scheduling appointments)
  • Travel arrangements for the department
  • Schedule departmental meetings and team building
  • Legislative administration (lodge marketing material with the Financial Sector Conduct Authority)
  • Management of branded stationary across business
  • Liaise with 3rdparty agencies annually regarding B-BBEE certificates
  • PR administration (bookings of studios, crew and refreshments for shoots)
  • Financial administration (purchase orders, invoicing, credit card recons, budgeting)

Core requirements:

  • Completed degree
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel
  • Accurate, detailed and organised
  • Good communication skills (written and oral)
