Description:
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Manage general administration.
- Issue furniture packing lists to the warehouse team and ensure timely and accurate execution, working with the Operations and Logistics department
- Compile décor and furniture packing lists in Microsoft Excel for events.
- Assist management with the logistics (staff, crew, transport etc.) required to convert orders into successful events, including the relevant paperwork.
- Maintain contact lists (suppliers and clients).
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Capture staff overtime spreadsheets.
- Manage office supplies and gifting.
Requirements of this Post:
- Matric.
- Additional relevant tertiary qualification will be a plus.
- Previous work experience in an administrative role.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic and busy environment.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers.
- Excellent people skills with a love for people.
- Knowledge and proficiency in all Microsoft packages, in particular Excel.
