Job Purpose

Job Requirements

Your main areas of responsibility will include the following:
Forecasting co-ordination, tracking and administration between distributors and internal teams Database maintenance Product registrations and catalogue updates Report administration and coordination Sharepoint administration and maintenance Bot maintenance and administration Bot data collection General administration (e.g purchase orders, tracking, follow up) Collaborate with team members and members of other departments Graduate Intern Programme completion to standard

Job Profile

Education:

Degree or Diploma in business administration, finance, or marketing essential

Required experience:

MS Excel essential

Technical Skills and Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft office with a minimum of intermediate Excel
Strong numeracy skills
Ability to work independently and with others
Able to prioritise and self-manage deliverables
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good level of organization and detail-orientation
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
