Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of franchisee plans and budgets.
  • Overseeing the performance of franchisee's businesses.
  • Monitoring statistics and reporting.
  • Conduct ongoing training.
  • Planning and conducting all induction training.

Qualifications and experience

  • Matric.
  • 34 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Tertiary qualification advantageous.
  • Excellent reporting and communicaiton skills.
