Job Title:
Service Control Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daytoday administrative and operational tasks related to aftersales support nationally.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of reports and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Support the team in project management, including monitoring project timelines, tracking deliverables, and assisting in the creation of project plans.
  • Perform general office duties such as organizing and maintaining files, ordering supplies, and ensuring a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education in a related field is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong aptitude for problemsolving and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is an asset.

HOURS OF WORK:

  • Working hours 8h00 to 16h30 Monday to Fridays. (42 hrs. per week).
  • Lunch break: half an hour; two tea breaks at 10h00 and 14h00.
  • Overtime might be required from time to time to meet deadlines or during stock count at financial year ends in June.
  • The Company reserves the right to amend working days and hours.

COMPANY BENEFITS:

  • Salary: to be agreed and negotiated
Probation Period: 3 months. Benefit/s only effective after successful completion of the 3 months period.

  • Annual Leave/Holidays: You are entitled to 15 days leave per year.
  • Medical Aid: This is a proposed benefit. Our client is currently on the Discovery Coastal/Classic Delta Saver Plan, on a 50/50 basis. Children are included, up to the age of 2
  • Retirement Fund: This is a compulsory benefit
  • Company contribution of 4.75% and employee contribution of 2%.
  • Retirement Age: The company's retirement age is Sixty (60) year of age.
  • Bonus: Discretionary 13th cheque/bonus in December.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS PREFERRED:

  • High level of computer literacy on Microsoft Office.
  • Preferably experience on SAP or similar financial package.
  • Valid drivers' licence.
  • Good medical record.
  • Long term commitment.
  • Be able to work in a busy environment under pressure with deadlines to meet.
