THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an opportunity for an experienced
Operations Assistant to join our
Operations team.
The purpose of this position is to assist various HQ departments with store follow-ups via various channels by tracking adherence to processes and standards and to ensure that any related activities remain within budget.
The incumbent will be required to contact various stores to drive adherence telephonically. This role is shift-based.DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call stores to elicit feedback or to initiate necessary action.
- Data capturing and updating trackers.
- Ensure that store management is following the correct maintenance procedures.
- Daily reporting and updating of dashboards.
- Identify and address any issues and escalate where relevant.
- Follow correct procedures when arranging repairs that are required.
- Update and maintain the oil management recording system.
- AWOL follow up with the store managers and expedite the AWOL processes.
- Request and log quote requests with suppliers.
Relationship Building & Networking:
- Develop positive, professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks to the organisation.
- Initiate corrective action where required.
- Implement preventative measures to keep risks at acceptable levels
REQUIREMENTS
- Good working knowledge of quick service restaurant or store operations.
- Valid driver's licence preferred.
- Google sheets intermediate level.
