  • Minimum 5 years supply chain design/optimisation modelling experience in integrated logistics or supply chain environment

  • Project Management/Planning/Coordination experience

  • Change Management skills
  • Advanced Excel modelling and analytical skills
  • Use of PowerBI (or such) like toolsets to manage, interpret and visualise data and information

  • Experience in structured ongoing continuous improvement function diagnostics, value identification, solution generation, value extraction
  • Experience in Sales and Operations planning will be advantageous
  • Ability to translate quantitative outputs into a wellstructured presentation format

  • Knowledge of the logistics/ distribution industry
  • Flexibility to meet customer requirements

  • Industrial Engineering or Honours Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain management
