- Minimum 5 years supply chain design/optimisation modelling experience in integrated logistics or supply chain environment

- Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities
- Strategic Decision Making
- Assess options and actions based on trends and conditions in the environment, and the vision and values of the organization
- Process orientated and assertive to ensure that projects are executed in accordance with established practices and safety requirements
- Project Management/Planning/Coordination experience
- Strong planning and problemsolving skills determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results
- Change Management skills
- Advanced Excel modelling and analytical skills
- Use of PowerBI (or such) like toolsets to manage, interpret and visualise data and information
- Experienced in the use of network or transport design and optimisation software
- Experience in structured ongoing continuous improvement function diagnostics, value identification, solution generation, value extraction
- Experience in Sales and Operations planning will be advantageous
- Ability to translate quantitative outputs into a wellstructured presentation format

- Knowledge of the logistics/ distribution industry
- Flexibility to meet customer requirements

- Industrial Engineering or Honours Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain management
