This campaign is a 24/7 campaign and will involve a variety of shift over a day, night and weekend period.
About the role:
Minimum requirements:
- Previous Helpdesk expereince
- Retail expereince in preffered but not a must
- Excellent customer service skills and comfortable with remote/telephone support functions
- Ability to follow client approved scripts and FAQs
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work in both team environments and as an individual contributor.
- Ability to sit for extended periods at a keyboard to enter information and read displays.
