Previous RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT experience ESSENTIAL.

Excellent organizational, communication and administrative skills are ESSENTIAL.

Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.

Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.

Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.

Responsible for monthly food, beverage & operational stock takes.

Own Transport essential.

Basic accounting knowledge.

Person of sober & honest habits.

Contactable references are required.

The confidence to liaise with guests and colleagues alike.

Good communication skills to find out exactly what your guests require.

Personal charm on dealing with guests telephonically & face to face.

Attention to detail on your work. A CAN-DO attitude.
