**Was werden Sie tun?**
- Innerhalb des Teams Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding unterstützen Sie die Rekrutierung, Bas Monitoring und die Betreuung verschiedener Zielgruppen von Talenten und Fachkräften.
- Sie begleiten den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess, vom Verfassen und Schalten von Stellenanzeigen auf den richtigen Kanälen, über die Vorauswahl der eingehenden Bewerbungen bis hin zur Koordination und aktiven Teilnahme an den Vorstellungsgesprächen. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Direktsuche.
- Darüber hinaus sind Sie am Reporting von Kampagnen beteiligt und wirken an der Umsetzung verschiedener HR-Projekte mit.
- Sie sind mittendrin und lernen nicht nur verschiedene Employer Branding
- und Talent Relations-Maßnahmen kennen, sondern erhalten auch Einblicke in andere HR-Teams und verschiedene Abteilungen.

- Die Möglichkeit, täglich zu unseren Büros in Foreshore zu pendeln, entweder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug
- Neugierde, verschiedene Bereiche eines globalen Unternehmens zu erkunden
- Anpassungsfähig und flexibel in einer sich ständig verändernden Branche
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wirtschaftsenglisch (mindestens C2-Niveau)
- Computerkenntnisse - gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office-Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) von Vorteil
- Befristeter 12-Monats-Vertrag ab 01. Februar 2024
