About this Role:


As an integral member of our team, you will learn concepts and key aspects of this role upon joining the team, largely focusing on single function tasks that are moderate in size and scope, supporting user provisioning, change requests, and troubleshooting adhering to system administration best practices.


The Impact You'll Make:

System Administration:Perform user provisioning, access and role management in accordance to established practices and policies. Support system requests and change management efforts.

Collaborative Approach:As a collaborative team player, you will work closely with colleague within department and build stable working relationships with program owners and key stakeholders.
-
Monitor and Troubleshoot:As the initial point of contact for system support queries, provide first-level support, and effectively escalating more complex requests to the appropriate parties when necessary, ensuring a seamless and efficient system support experience for our internal end users. Demonstrate your analytical abilities in monitoring the platform, promptly identifying and troubleshooting problems as they arise.

Quality Assurance:Your commitment to excellence will shine through your participation in quality assurance process, where you will support activities such as data quality checks, user acceptance testing, process adherence, and access control management.

Documentation:Prepare and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configuration settings and workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency.

Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of system processes. Contribute to our ongoing mission of operational excellence.

Stakeholders Support:Demonstrate a responsive and empathetic approach, provide essential support to our end users, ensuring their questions are answered, problems are resolved and the system use is seamless and effective as possible.

  • College degree or equivalent in a technology or related field.
  • Basic understanding of business system concepts and principles.

  • Ability to work well under direct supervision, follow detailed instructions, and adhere to standard procedures and practices, as well as collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur, ability to identify systemic issues based on the analysis of gaps, vulnerabilities and configuration of data.

We'd Love to See:

  • Relevant certification in the administration or configuration of a SaaS platform.
  • Familiar with data governance, data quality, and data management practices.
  • Experience data import/ export methods and use of commaseparated values (CSV) files.
  • Experience of workflow logic, triggering events, evaluation criteria, rule criteria and timedependent actions.
  • Working knowledge of GRC processes and principles.
  • Practical knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
