The role

At Nile, we view roles as opportunities for personal growth. As our company expands, so will the responsibilities of your role. Currently, we are seeking a Relationship Manager to oversee client relationships and establish strong connections. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients
  • Negotiating and securing optimal product offerings for clients
  • Onboarding new clients to support our expanding product range
  • Guiding the sales process to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Keeping precise records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements

Skills and aptitude
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate strong business relationships
  • Thorough knowledge of agricultural inputs and procurement procedures
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferable
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities
