Responsibilities:

Office Administration:

  • Coordinate and manage office
  • Client parking
  • Client meeting venue preparation
  • Scheduling monthly client meetings
  • Client gifts
  • Office equipment and stationary
  • Answering office phone
  • Arrange couriers
  • General administration duties including scanning, printing and/or filing as required by the office
  • Travel itinerary booking flights and accommodation
  • Diary management

Client administration:

  • Prepopulate client agreements, account opening documentation and redemption forms.
  • Ad hoc client requests and enquiries
  • Collection of client documentation
  • Assisting High Net Worth Family Office clients with ad hoc requests

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate with Tertiary Education as an advantage
  • Strong command of both verbal and written English
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
  • At least 5 years working experience in a professional environment
  • Excellent computer literacy skills on MS Office and Excel
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant of financial administrator as an advantage
