Project Management Skills:
drive a project to completion based on objectives and timeline. Become a Customer Success Operations Specialist-no programming skills needed, but can learn software and is curious about how things work

Build rapport with Clients and train them on the Intercom Product

Perform lower-level Customer Success tasks for CSMs: Build Reports, Generate Technical Account Reviews

Technical Resource
Can create integrations via REST API

Proficient in PHP, Python, JavaScript

Can work with customers to design a solution for the business / technology problem

Can work with Intercom teammates who would be configuring the non-technical components of a solution

Can work with Intercom Product team to help design enhancements to existing functionality

Ensure performance measurement is carried out correctly and regularly.

  • Must be accountable
  • Must have the ability to communicate with clients and provide detail for daily, weekly and monthly reviews of performance and people management.
  • Matric essential
  • Contact Centre Experience (bonus)
  • 25 years of experience
  • Clear crim and cred

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
