Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.

Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories.

This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.


We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities:

  • In summary, you'll:
  • Develop trade marketing tactics in line with business goals to boost sales and brand recognition.
  • Conduct market analysis to unlock opportunities and monitor competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure strong inmarket executions.
  • Plan and roll out compelling promotional campaigns and events.
  • Build strong relationships with trade partners and support the sales team with strategic marketing tools.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets effectively while maximising return on investment.

The experience we're looking for:

  • Solid background in Trade marketing, sales or marketing with a proven track record of crafting compelling trade strategies
  • Minimum 23 years FMCG experience in Sales Key Account positions, preferably Drug/Pharmacy channel experience
  • Minimum 2 3 years Trade Marketing Management experience
  • Insight driven with a strong understanding of trade channels and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with a resultsdriven mindset and ability to adapt to market shifts.
  • Effective communicator and influencer, adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
  • Must have a full understanding of financials including being responsible for the P&L and ROI analysis of your portfolio
  • Proficient in using Syndicated Data (e.g., Nielsen /IQVIA/IRI) and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant category management software.
